This petition has been preferred seeking for quashment of FIR No. 404/2015 registered at Police Station, Civil Lines, Bilaspur for the offence under Section 420 and 120-B/34 of IPC. The entire issue involved in the present case revolves around the judgment passed by the Waqf Tribunal which is already under challenge in a different proceeding where stay has already been granted by this court.
