1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on 26.08.2019 in MCRC No. 4439 of 2019 as withdrawn.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition subject to liberty to file criminal appeal as per the amended provisions of Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,1989.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant is free to file criminal appeal as per the legal provisions.

4. Annexure A1, Annexure A2 and Annexure A3 which are part of the bail application be returned to the counsel for the applicant after taking the photocopies of the same.
