1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non implementation of the benefits of the revised pay scale given to the petitioner on completing of eight years of service.
2. According to the petitioner, the respondents have taken a decision for granting the revised pay scale to the petitioner however the same has not been implemented. The counsel for the petitioner referred to Annexure P/1 dated 20.09.2018 whereby it has been decided to grant the benefits to the petitioner but though more than two years have passed, till date it has not been effected.
3. Given the limited grievances that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 1 & 2 to take a decision in respect of implementation of the decision already taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
