1. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner at the outset submits that the grievance of petitioner as of now can be redressed if the respondents 1 & 2 are directed to decide the departmental appeal that the petitioner has preferred against the termination order dated
15.05.2017.
2. According to petitioner, the appeal till date has not been decided.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that if the departmental appeal till date has not been decided, the same can be decided within a stipulated period.
4. Given the said submission by the counsel for respondents, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to decide the departmental appeal which the petitioner has preferred, if the same is still pending, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner, in addition to the appeal that he has already made, would also be permitted to file a supplementary appeal, if he so wants, within 10 days from today supported with all relevant documents which in turn may also be considered and decided by the respondents 1 & 2 while deciding the appeal.
