1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider transferring the petitioner from her present place of posting to a place nearby Ambagarh Chowki, Under Nagar Panchayat, Ambagarh Chowki.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that she is working as a Lecturer under Nagar Panchayat Daundi in Sanskrit subject at Government Higher Secondary School, Daundi since September, 2013 onwards. According to the petitioner her husband is working as a Hostel

Superintendent at Ambagarh Chowki, District Rajnandgaon. She further submits that she has already made application seeking transfer from Daundi to Ambagarh Chowki on which the officials at Ambagarh Chowki has no objection. Officers at the present place where the petitioner is working also do not have any objection if the petitioner is transferred from Daundi to Ambagarh Chowki.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case as has been narrated by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and try to redress the grievance in accordance with the rules, regulations and transfer policy governing the service conditions of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
