1. The limited relief that the petitioner has prayed for through the present writ petition is permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents who in turn may consider the representation accommodating the petitioner to a place nearby the present place of posting. The reason for the request that petitioner is making is on account of the ill health of his mother who is seriously ill and is undergoing continuous treatment at Bilaspur.

-22. Learned State counsel appears for the respondents submits that since the petitioner has already made representation, let respondent State take appropriate decision on the representation that he has made.

3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, let respondent no.1 take a decision on the representation that petitioner has made on its own merits at the earliest preferably within two weeks. Till then, purely as an interim measure, if the petitioner has not been relieved the services of the petitioner may be continued at the present place of posting. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
