1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.176/2014 (Special Case No.15/2014 pending in the Court of Special Judge under the NDPS Act, Jashpur) registered at Police Station Bagahar, Police Chowki Kotba, Distt. Jashpur, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985; Sections 3/181, 39/192 and 146/196 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file after examination of material prosecution witnesses vide order dated 16-12-2014 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.6280/2014.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that 3.350 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the accused persons, I do not find any case for grant of regular bail to the applicant. The second bail application is, therefore, rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to

expedite the trial and conclude the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
