1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has executed the work at Gram Panchayat Sakarra, but amount of ₹ 5,37,271/- has not been paid despite being directed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Maalkharuda, District JanjgirChampa.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, who in turn, shall consider the stand of the petitioner and then take a decision in
this regard within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with certified copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
