1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.13/2015 {Special ST No.28/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Baikunthpur}, registered at Police Station Sonhat, Distt. Korea for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 318, 302, 201, 120B, 376 (2) (b), (d), (e), (g), (i), (j) of the IPC, 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18 & 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application, as he does not wish to press the same on merits.
