After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. and also seeks direction to the trial Court for prompt disposal of the bail application of the applicant. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicant is granted liberty to file application for grant of regular bail before the concerned trial Court by filing advance application for his surrender.
