This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as she apprehends her arrest in connection with Crime No. 25 of 2021 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, District- Surguja, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 363, 370(5) and 34 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the application for grant of regular bail upon surrender of applicant on the same day.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection to above submission of learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of above, MCRCA-1001 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Learned Court below may consider and decide application for grant of regular bail if filed by the applicant after his surrender, if possible, on the same day, in accordance with law.
