1. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application filed on 20.1.2017 claiming rectification will be considered afresh by the respondents within a period of four weeks from today.

2. In view of that, the Assessing Officer is directed to consider the petitioner's application afresh within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
