(2) In a duly constituted application filed under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), the First Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Durg, by its impugned order dated 09.04.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.215/2014, enhanced the monthly maintenance amount from Rs.1500/- to Rs. 3500/- in favour of the non-applicant/minor daughter Kumari Anshika Sahu.

(3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and considering the finding recorded by the Family Court and further taking

into consideration the cost of living & price-index and basic needs of the non-applicant/minor daughter Kumari Anshika Sahu, an enhanced amount from Rs.1500/- to Rs.3500/- as monthly interim maintenance granted to the non-applicant, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order warranting interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction. (4) The revision deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage.
