1. After putting some questions this Court is satisfied that the person who is present in the Court is Kanhaiya Jhangade, father of the prosecutrix.

2. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 08/05/2019 in MCRC No. 2412/2019.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of the prosecutrix.
