1. The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2020 registered at Police Station- Pasan, District Korba, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
