A motion of no confidence was brought against the petitioner, who is the Chairperson of District Minor Forest Produce Cooperative Union Limited, Korea.

Admittedly, the proposal dated 10-4-2018 was processed and a meeting to consider the motion of no confidence was convened on 57-2018, however, the meeting could not be held for want of coram. 3.
Albeit the meeting was said to have been adjourned, but under Rule 43-A (3) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962 such meeting has to be called within 30 days from the date of receipt of proposal, therefore, firstly the meeting itself was convened after expiry of 30 days from 10-4-2018 and thereafter, since on the date of meeting the proposal could not be considered for want of coram, the proposal has already lapsed.
