Order on Board 28/09/2016 Heard.

1. The challenge is to the transfer order dated 30.7.2016, by which, the petitioner has been shifted from one office to another office at Ramanujganj. Though, there is allegation that it has been done to accommodate respondent No.4.

2. Considering that this is case of local shifting from one office to another office in the same city, I am not inclined to interfere such local arrangement.

3. The main allegation made is that respondent no.4 was brought back, even though, he was continued in the office for the last 25 years. This matter can be examined by the State authority.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
