1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred a statutory appeal against the order of suspension dated 28.10.2015 (Annexure P/1) is pending consideration before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority has not taken any decision on the petitioner's appeal till date.

-22. Be that as it may, the Appellate Authority is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's appeal. The respondent No.2/Chief Medical and Health Officer is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
