By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to the Court below to pass an appropriate order and re-schedule the examination of witness and proceedings of Case No.2686/2014 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg as this Court has earlier directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated time. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, I do not find any merit in this writ petition as earlier order passed by this Court directing to conclude the trial within the stipulated time cannot be reviewed.
