1. This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 13/06/2016 (Annexure P/1).

2. At the outset, Mr. Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order in question has been complied with and appropriate steps have been taken by the respondents / contemnors and necessary order has been passed complying with the order in question.

3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner at bar, we are inclined to close this contempt petition reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to approach this Court as and when required with regard to any future prospect. Ordered accordingly.
