(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.8/2000 registered at Police Station - Ranitarai, District-Durg for the offence punishable under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case; and considering the fact that applicant has jumped the bail twice, I am

not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
