After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the counsel when the case was called on for hearing on 14/05/2015 and dismissed for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the order of dismissal dated 14/05/2015 is hereby recalled and CrMP No.67/2015 is restored to its original number.
