1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash the order dated 23/06/2018 issued by the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Kabirdham.

3. The petitioner initially appointed on the post of Teacher (Panchayat) at Schedule Caste Girls Hostel, Dabarabhat, Block Kawardha and thereafter respondent No. 3 Assistant Commissioner Tribal Welfare Development directed the petitioner to work on the post of Hostel

Superintendent in Schedule Caste Girls Hostel Dabarabhat, Block Kawardha, District Kabirdham.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may file the representation before the respondent No.2. The instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to decide her representation within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission advanced by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file representation within 15 days from today and the respondent No. 2 shall decide such representation filed by the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure. It is made clear that this Court has not touched the merit of the case.
