1. This is a tender matter.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, transportation of text books is complete but he would be praying for damages now.

Having considered the stage at which the case has reached and that the transportation of text book is already over, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending as it would be futile at this sage to hear the matter on merits because supply of text book has already been accomplished by the second respondent.

-24. Leaving the petitioner to work out his civil remedy for damages, this petition is finally disposed off.
