The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with crime No.26/2020 registered in Police Station - Champa, Distt-Janjgir Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21 (B) of the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act.
