The grievance of the petitioner is that substantial chunk of land has been acquired by the respondents, however, in lieu of said land the petitioner has not been given employment under rehabilitation scheme inspite of petitioner's having repeatedly approached before the concerned authority.

Taking into consideration the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondents No.2&3 in this regard supported by all the relevant documents and the scheme applicable within period of three weeks from today and the respondents No.2&3 thereafter shall ensure that

the claim of the petitioner is decided objectively in accordance with the scheme and the rules applicable so far as employment in lieu of land acquisition is concerned. Let the same be decided at the earliest within an outer limit of 12 weeks from the date of petitioner's making fresh representation before the respondents No.2&3. 3.
