This writ application stands disposed off now in view of the changed circumstances. A new notification dated 03.06.2016 has been issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, where on the representation of the Petitioner, the authorities have reduced the period of dies non from 8 years 10 months 01 day to 07 years 09 months 17 days.
