1. The grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition is that though the Respondent State has already passed an order in his favour transferring him from office of the Assistant Director (Agriculture), Kabirdham to the Office of the Assistant Soil Inspection Officer, Mahasamund but the present Petitioner has not been relieved from
the present place of posting.
2. According to the Counsel for the Petitioner by virtue of the order of transfer he has already shifted his family to the transferred place of posting and he is facing great inconvenience. He further submits that he has already submitted representation to the Respondent Authority who have yet not taken any decision on the said representation.
3. The State Counsel submits that given a direction the authorities shall definitely dispose of the representation on its merits.
4. Without entering into the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion, ends of justice would be met if the present Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent authority to take a decision on the representation made by the Petitioner. It is expected that the Respondent authority shall take a decision on the representation made by the Petitioner within an outer limit of 2 months from the date of presentation of this order.
