NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR CONT No. 671 of 2018 • K.L. Uraon S/o Late Shri Rajauram, Aged About 58 Years Posted At District Hospital Bilaspur, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh., District : Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh ---- Petitioner
Versus
• Niharika Barik Singh Secretary, Health And Family Welfare Department, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh. (Contemnor), District : Raipur, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent For Petitioner :
Shri Ajay Shrivastava, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2018 Petitioner's grievance is that despite order of transfer having been quashed on 01/05/2018, the petitioner has not been relieved. 2.
It appears that the petitioner has made representation but till date, he has not been relieved. Once the order of transfer is quashed, appropriate orders are required to be passed to send the petitioner back to his original place of posting wherefrom he was transferred to Bilaspur. It is shocking that till date, no orders have been passed and the petitioner is running from pillar to post. Therefore, in these circumstances, before initiating contempt proceedings, it is directed that the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur shall relieve the petitioner forthwith for allowing him to join at Malkharouda. If, however, another Radiologist would be posted, appropriate order shall be passed by the State Government. It shall be done within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
