1. The grievance of the Petitioner is the non-payment of remuneration at par with the similarly placed persons in other district.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is working at the post of

District Coordinator in Zila Swachha Bharat Mission (Gramin) at Korba on contractual basis for the past three years and he is getting a remuneration of Rs. 18000/- per month.

3. As per the Petitioner the State Government has already issued a circular in this regard on 18.03.2016 (Annexure P/14) whereby for the post of District Coordinator remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month has been shown. The District Coordinator appointed in other districts are getting Rs. 40,000/- as remuneration but the present Petitioner is being continued with the remuneration of Rs. 18,000/- which was fixed as per the circular of the year 2012.

4. He further submits that the Petitioner has already preferred a representation to Respondent No.5 who in turn may take a decision on the said representation after getting necessary approval from the State Government in this regard.

5. Learned Counsel for the State Government as well as Union of India do not oppose the same and the representation.

6. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to Respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the representation of the Petitioner purely in accordance with rules and pass a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of presentation of order of this Court.
