Ms. Sunita Jain, Govt. Advocate for the State. Heard Learned State counsel would submit that the request of the petitioner has been turned down for issuance of appointment on 03.10.2020.

In view of such submission, the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent action taken by the respondents whereby the claim for appointment has been denied. State counsel is directed to supply a copy of the order dated 03.10.2020 to the petitioner so that appropriate remedy can be availed by him.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
