This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.150/2017, registered at Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 507, 354 (C), 467, 417 of IPC and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information of Technology Act. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I am not inclined to take any different view in the matter than the one taken while rejecting the earlier bail application.
