1. This is an application for extension of time in concluding the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the respondent herein.

2. Learned counsel for the original petitioner i.e. the respondent herein submits that in fact, the respondent herein has appeared before the Board of Directors to put forth his case on 26-10-2016.

3. Therefore, time to take a decision for compliance of the order of this Court is extended up to 10-12-2016. It is made clear that no further time will be extended. If necessary, the Board of Directors shall have an extraordinary meeting to comply with the order of the this Court.

4. The MCC stands disposed of.
