There is an application for correction in the cause title on the submission that due to typographical mistake, the name of the applicant's father has been wrongly recorded. On affidavit, the applicant has stated that the name of the applicant's father is "Bhodro Nirala" and not "Surit Singh Rathiya" as mentioned in the cause title earlier. Considering that the petition was disposed off at motion hearing stage, itself, and the applicant has now moved application on his affidavit,

-2application is allowed. Necessary correction as prayed for is also allowed. In the cause title of order dated 08.09.2016 passed in WPS No.4625 of 2016 in place of "Surit Singh Rathiya" it shall be read in substitution as "Bhodro Nirala". Further in the cause title in place of "Chinpur" it shall be read as "Chainpur" this is occurred only because of typographical mistake.
