Heard on prayer for correction in the cause title of order dated 27.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 5212 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that at the time of filing of writ petition, due to typographical mistake in the description of respondent No.4 in place of "Manendragarh", it has been wrongly typed as "Baikunthpur", therefore, appropriate correction may be ordered. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, the prayer is allowed. In the order dated 27.09.2016, in the description of respondent No.4, in place of "Baikunthpur, it shall be read in substitution as "Manendragarh". This order shall go along with order dated 27.09.2016 passed in WPS No. 5212 of 2016 and shall be placed before the competent authority for necessary compliance. 4.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
