Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the applicant that due to typographical mistake defect occurred, application is allowed. In the array of respondents, in place of "Block Medical Officer, Community Health Centre, Baloda" it shall be read in substitution as ""Block Medical Officer, Community Health Centre, Akaltara". This order shall go along with order dated 18.10.2016 passed in WPS No. 5673 of 2016 and shall be placed before the competent authority for necessary compliance.
