Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 19/07/2019 In view of allegations that despite Court order, the petitioner is not being allowed to continue, before initiating contempt proceedings, it would be proper to give the respondent one opportunity to act in accordance with the directions of the Court.

The petitioner shall appear before the respondent along with copy of this order which is now being passed.

The respondent is duty bound to comply with the directions of the Court and allow the petitioner to work. If that is not done, this Court will take serious view and contempt proceedings would be initiated against him. This petition is accordingly disposed off at this stage.
