Shri Awadh Tripathi, counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently he has filed the present criminal revision assailing the judgment and order dated 27.1.2015 and in fact he ought to have filed acquittal appeal. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to file an appropriate appeal. He also submits that Registry be directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order dated 27.1.2015 after keeping the authenticated true copy of the same. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the above proposition put-forth by counsel for the applicant.
