This petition has been brought under Article 227 of the Constitution of India being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Rent Control Tribunal, by which, the prayer for interim relief was not heard on urgent basis.

Considering that the learned Rent Control Tribunal has the jurisdiction to consider the urgency of the case and decide the matter regarding grant of interim relief within its authority. Therefore, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The petitioner is given liberty to file the application for urgent hearing on the application for interim relief within a week and learned tribunal is directed to consider on the same and pass appropriate order at the earliest.
