CONT No. 710 of 2019 would submit that for purging the contempt an order has been passed without noticing him and now the period of limitation for filing the appeal is over.

3. In view of the submission made by Shri Anshul R. Shrivastava, the contempt petition is disposed of permitting the applicant to prefer an appeal against the order dated 10.05.2019, within a period of 30 days. If the appeal is filed during these 30 days, the Appellate Authorities shall not raise objection as to limitation and shall decide the appeal on merits.
