11.07.2018 Present CRMP has been filed on a PUD received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate letter dated 19/06/2018 wherein he has sought for an extension of time in the conclusion of the trial arisen out of the crime No.92/2011, registered at Police Station Gol-Bazaar, Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC.

Considering the reasons assigned in the said PUD and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that the learned Court below has prima-facie made out a case for extension.

Accordingly, the time limit for conclusion of the trial stands further extended for a further period of 6 months from today. All endeavors should be made by the trial Court for conclusion of the trial within the extended period of 6 months. The learned officer is further directed to ensure that next time when he issues a PUD to the High Court, he should also mention the Case No./registration No. in the trial Court for convenience of the Court.
