1. Learned counsel for the respondents referring to order dated 25/01/2017 (Annexure-D/1) submits that modified order has now been passed in the name of petitioner. It has been submitted that earlier due to inadvertant mistake, appropriate designation could not be mentioned and there was no intention to flout the order of the Court. Thereafter appropriate order has now been passed. The statement made by the respondents is not disputed by the petitioner.

2. In view of above, I am satisfied that the order is fully complied with. Rule is discharged and the petition is closed.
