At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that against the action on the part of the respondents in accepting the voluntarily retirement application of the petitioner, he has preferred detailed representation before the concerned Authority as early as on 04.12.2013 and remainder also which

till date have not been decided and petitioner prays that the respondent may be directed to consider and decide his representation at the earliest. 2.

Given the limited prayer which the petitioner has made, without entering into the merits of the case the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of with direction to the respondents that in the event of representation of the petitioner till date not having been decided, the same be decided in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the concerned authorities so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 3.
