It appears that the instant writ petition is filed by the persons who were not affected by any cause of action. Neither the resolution of the concerned Society nor any document on behalf of the petitioner is

placed on record to show that under a resolution the petitioners have been authorised to advance of the cause of registered society. If the registered society is aggrieved person then the society has to come forward along with resolution for redressal of its grievance. The petitioners in the capacity of private persons who claims to be interested persons in such back ground can advance cause through a PIL. Unless and until some personal cause is affected the petitioners cannot raise such grievance before this Court. The petition is not maintainable and is dismissed.
