Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 16/07/2018 (1) Alleging that the respondents has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No. 6253 of 2016 & M.C.C. No. 943/2016 dated 16.11.2016 & 02.01.2017, respectively, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondents authorities to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 16.11.2016 & 02.01.2017 passed in W.P. (S) No. 6253 of 2016 & M.C.C. No. 943/2016, respectively.

(3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the respondents authorities and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's orders dated 16.11.2016 & 02.01.2017 in its letter and spirit.
