The applicants have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as they are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No. 58/2020, registered at Police Station Trikunda, District Balrampur Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 506, 294, 323, 354, 354(A) (B), 509, 34 of IPC.
