Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that compensation in lieu of petitioners' land has been determined by the respondent authorities but the amount has not been paid to them till date, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to disburse the amount expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the SubDivisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir Champa for payment of compensation within ten days from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider petitioners' case and proceed strictly in accordance with law for payment of compensation to the petitioners, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
