Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that petitioner's case has already been decided by the State Government on 08.12.2017 and by the District Programme Officer on 01.08.2018 and as such, the contempt case is now closed. 2.

The aforesaid statement made by counsel for the respondents is taken on record.

Let copy of the orders dated 08.12.2017 and 01.08.2018 be also placed on record.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the orders dated 08.12.2017 and 01.08.2018 in accordance with law.
