After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail on the ground that the other coaccused have surrendered and granted bail. He submits that as the case of the applicant is identically situated, the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same day.
