1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent at the very outset bring into the notice of the Court vide order dated 31/01/2017 passed by the State Government, whereby the petitioner's representation has been rejected by holding that the policy of rotation of employees out of the scheduled area is not applicable to district level employee.

3. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner assails the correctness of authority of this finding, in contempt petiton, in view of the above submission, I am not inclined to proceed further. Leaving it open to raise this ground in a separately constituted petition, Rule is discharged. The petition is closed.
